Cleaning
- BEFORE CLEANING TAKE ALL PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID ELECTROCUTION AND DAMAGE TO ITEM:
- Remove switch plate from wall using screwdriver.
- Turn off light switch.
- Use damp microfiber cloth dipped in warm water and mild soap mixture. Then gently blot or wipe area that needs to be cleaned.
- DO NOT spray or pour any liquid or cleaning products directly on switch plate cover. This can be dangerous if liquid gets into plate.
- DO NOT use bleach or harsh chemicals.
- After cleaning with warm water and mild soap, dry switch plate cover with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Then leave switch plate cover out to thoroughly dry for at least 2 hours before re-installing. Make sure cover is sitting on a dry surface while waiting to re-install it.
- After switch plate cover is completely dry, screw it back on.
