Refund Policy
General Return Policy
We accept returns on all catalog items within 30 days of delivery to the customer as long as merchandise isn’t damaged. You will receive a full return back onto the credit card you made your order with.
Online Store Credit
Any returns after 30 days of delivery but within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a store credit as long as merchandise isn’t damaged.
Refund Payment Process
Please allow for 5-7 business days for your return to be processed back onto the credit card you made your purchase with. The time can vary depending on your credit card holder or bank.
Return Process
The process to submit a return and receive your refund is listed below:
- Once you receive your order, to notify us about a refund go to our contact us page and fill out the form. Be sure to put the phrase “Product refund” in the subject line
- In your message be sure to put your order number
- Once we receive your email, we’ll reply via email and send you a return label
- Print the return label out and take it to your package carrier. This is where you’ll ship your order back to us
- Once we receive your order, we’ll issue your refund back to your credit card where you made your purchase
- We will then notify you via email that your refund is pending
- Once your refund is complete you will receive a further email confirming the refund has been finalized
